Bob. is Amazing! His knowledge of the different vehicle models is top notch! When looking for a vehicle, ask for Bob! He will help greatly and set you straight on your purchase. The price you see online is the price you pay plus tax, title and license and minor paperwork. The estimated price I saw online was the price I paid; was awfully close! If you are determined to make a purchase on a specific vehicle, it will leave the dealership; completely safe and flawless! I can attest to this personally.. Rassan is the man! We had planned to go to another dealership after this but had no need and bought car! They are easy to work with and not pushy or weird in their work as they sell you a car. I had a great all around experience with my vehicle purchase at Gulliver Auto Group. My salesman Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and took the time to show me a variety of cars without any sort of pressure. There were no surprises during the buying process. Most importantly, I discovered a small issue with the car after I purchased it. Mark immediately scheduled a time for me to bring it back for the service department to take a look. The service manager took the car and fixed the problem the same night. I can’t say enough good things about things about my experience and highly recommend Gulliver Auto Group.

I purchased a vehicle from Gulliver today from Bob and it was a pleasant experience. The sales team and finance departments were up front and honest with every aspect of the buying process. After applying online, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Plus, Luis the service manager made sure everything with the vehicle was complete and there were no issues with it before I drive away. From the buying experience to leaving the car lot, it was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle.

My wife and I went in to Gulliver Auto Group on a Monday morning JUST to look at a specific vehicle, as we had several others at various dealers we were considering. Rassan helped us and quickly pulled the car around. He let us look and answered any questions we had with no pressure. We had some concerns with oxidation on the vehicle's spoiler, and Rassan promised he would take care of it. The next day, we decided it was the vehicle we wanted and made an appointment with Rassan for the following Monday. Unfortunately, Rassan fell ill and was not able to be there. Mark stepped in and took great care of us, making certain the issue with the spoiler had been corrected. It was beautifully. Mark handed us over to Mike, the general manager who was helping with the financing team. Everything and everyone was smooth and professional the whole way. Our 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport SL, which we have named the Copperhead Rogue, is a sweet, sweet ride, both in appearance and performance! We couldn't be more pleased! Go see Gulliver and the gang. I live in Kansas City and had been searching far and wide for a newer (2020 and beyond) Infiniti QX60. I happened to be looking on cars.com one day when I saw a beautiful black (the color I wanted!!) 2020 QX60 Signature edition. I emailed the dealership on Tuesday night and they reached out Wednesday morning. Chris is the amazing salesman who made the entire online purchasing process simple and painless. He and Jimmy, the finance manager, were able to work with me on my down payment and got me a great deal for the exact price I told them I wanted to pay every month. Since I was out of state, Chris sent me YouTube videos of the car inside/out as well as videos of him driving the car on both highway and city roads. They communicated wonderfully for some small part changes which took a few days and then I flew down to Dallas, where I spent about an hour test driving and finalizing details and then drove my new car home. It’s been a month and I absolutely love my car! It looks exactly as pictured and is in wonderful condition. I’ve never had an easier or more pleasant buying experience. Rassan with Gulliver motors made my car buying experience very easy!! The finance guy didn't even try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary warranties. Best of all , they sold me the car at the advertised price!! If you haven't been car shopping lately, you will be surprised that the vast majority of dealerships are advertising a FAKE lower price to get you to stop by their dealership. Then they tell you the price is $1k to 3k more for dealer fees. At Gulliver Motors you'll pay the advertised price for a very clean pre owned car. This dealership is very clean and very professional. Go there, you won't be disappointed! I purchased a 2021 Honda Passport.

I hate buying cars. This was the fastest purchase/finance process I have experienced in DFW. Close to CarMax but without the upped prices. Worth coming by. 2 hrs total time and looked at 2 cars.

Juan was helpful, patient and explained the process without overselling. I would buy from him again down the line but something tells me I was sold a reliable car. So I may not need one right away. He even made sure I had new batteries for my key fobs before I left. I highly recommend this dealership based in their transparency and authenticity. At the time I bought my car Gulliver had no financing options, which my salesman nor I knew until after spending a chunk of time doing paperwork for financing. Come to find out Gulliver is new in Plano (as the shiny clean building suggest) and financing options will be quick to come. Though it was disappointing to leave without my car that particular day, Mark and the Gulliver team made it right by offering to hold the car and deliver it once payment was figured out. I was able to get financing elsewhere and buy my dream car from Gulliver. This dealership and group of people within are the nicest and most honest around!
