Gulliver went beyond what I would expect from a wholesale auto group. I purchased an RX 350 and they fixed the blemishes while I waited. However the Lexus seats were very uncomfortable, as I discovered on the drive back home. so the next morning I called Gulliver back and just said I can't handle the sear designs and asked if I could just do a swap for another vehicle that I saw on their listing, an ES 350 and they did the swap with no questions asked. I would highly recomend Gulliver.

Historically, we purchased from Sewell and Park Place and we found Gulliver's as a top tier experience. The vehicle was in great condition and tested well on the road. Mr. Marco was very kind and respectful. Was very transparent about the whole process. In less than a 24 hour swing, I was looking at the car, talking numbers, and driving it off the lot. Even got me the full tank of gas that I was promised, which he didn’t have to. Appreciate you boss. On a side note, my recently purchased vehicle from this location already has a blend door actuator problem, no heat and A/C blows extremely cold even at 75 degrees.

They had a good reasonably priced inventory but unfortunately they did not have what my daughter wanted on this occasion. They also have a policy of the price you see is the price you pay, which is not the case with some other dealers. Had a great experience with the team at Gulliver. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The sales rep Joe was very helpful with all the info and with the process, and didn't try to overly upsell me on anything like in many dealerships. There were no hidden fees or add-ons in the sales price, which I appreciated a lot. Finally, the car itself is going great so far. If you're a fan of Japanese cars and prefer to buy pre-owned, I would recommend checking them out them.
